Commercial HVAC Technician

Commercial HVAC Technician Qualifications: • 3-5+ years of commercial HVAC and refrigeration experience required • HVAC Degree/certifications preferred • Diagnostic, Service, Repair, and Maintenance Experience required • Experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related issues preferred • Ability to work independently required Position Offers: • $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year • Top Benefits! • Plenty of OT! • PTO! • 401K • & More! Commercial HVAC Technician Responsibilities: • Install/repair/replace various systems: hydraulic, steam, radiant, and high efficiency heating • Install and troubleshoot low voltage wiring for heat & hot water systems • Check layout of existing heat devices and air conditioning units to plan work procedures. • Obtain materials and supplies according to establish policies and procedures. • Service machinery by cleaning, lubricating or replacing shafts, bearings, gears, pulleys and other parts. • Complete diagnostic troubleshooting the HVAC System from wiring diagrams and schematics.
