Logistics Lead

Logistics Lead Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 (DOE) Schedule: Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM TO 4:00 PM ( Must be flexible to work Saturdays) Position Description: • Oversee logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management. • Utilize ERP SAP systems to track and manage inventory, shipments, and supply chain performance. • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure timely deliveries. • Monitor and analyze logistics data to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities. • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. • Work closely with procurement, customer service, and warehouse teams to streamline operations. • Train and supervise logistics personnel, ensuring high performance and adherence to best practices. • Generate reports and dashboards using SAP ERP for data-driven decision-making. • Address and resolve shipping delays, discrepancies, and other logistics challenges. Position Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent; • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Must have experience in ERP/SAP systems • Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is advantageous.
