In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. All work is virtual. Primary focus is answering the phone for customers who have questions about booking a tour. Responsibilities • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and provide solutions. • Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to clients and understanding their needs. • Assist in sales efforts by promoting products and services that meet customer requirements. • Handle data entry tasks accurately, ensuring that all customer information is up-to-date in our systems. • Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional support as needed. • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. • Maintain a professional demeanor while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience • Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred but not mandatory. • Proficiency in computer skills, including data entry and using social media. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns are essential for success in this role.
