About the Role
The Program Manager will manage delivery of ERP transformation services for an internal client. This role involves developing strong working relationships with stakeholders, understanding business ecosystems, and managing process implementation activities. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of skills that integrates accounting/finance experience, robust reporting, and expertise in process mapping.
ResponsibilitiesAccountable for overall successful delivery of ERP technology and process transformation for internal finance change leadership Provide appropriate support, guidance and challenge to the technology, process, and change management leads Provide subject matter expertise re: program management, technology implementations and scale change Day to day direction to the project delivery team and 3rd parties Deliver project benefits in line with the business case Deliver in line with the agreed timelines and budget Stakeholder management Manage changes to agreed scope
Qualifications6-10+ years of program management experience Ability to work with large number of internal stakeholders representing various parts of the organization Ability to manage internal leads, influence laterally, and persuade senior management, in order to get things done Experience cultivating high-performing teams that are empowered to do their best work Polished communicator comfortable getting down into the details with individual contributors and engaging in calls with senior management Self-directed leader capable of determining what needs to be done in ambiguous situations, clearly communicating out to key stakeholders, and unblocking internal teams Experience working in large-scale rollouts of complex enterprise systems
