Asset Management Technology Platform Owner & Team Lead
As Macquarie Asset Management grows, the Technology team plays an important role in bringing together its operations to provide innovative services to its clients. As the US Investment Vehicles Team Lead you will partner with the Fund Services and Investment Operations teams to drive these outcomes. You will develop senior relationships to gain and utilize a deep understanding of the business wins to transform current business models with innovative technology solutions. Expect to become a valued partner by anticipating and proposing alternative solutions to help business extend their reach. You will lead the US engineering team to provide end-to-end design, delivery and operation of new applications and solutions, as well as modernizing existing applications to align with the business and technology strategy. $230,000-265,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What you offer Have significantly demonstrated hands-on experience of managing and developing technology solutions and be the point of escalation to multiple internal global stakeholders Have a track record of driving digitalization, automation and data adoption with business partners and be able to articulate complex technical problems and their solutions simply Entrepreneurial, highly motivated and self-directed with a strong sense of ownership and delivery mindset and passionate about building and leading high-performing delivery teams across multiple geographies Experience in managing service providers to ensure the best value outcome and maintain a strong ongoing partnership Experience in owning and managing a technology platform, understanding the effort required to maintain a secure, stable and compliant platform Able to prioritise a large complex book of work, balancing the need to deliver value to the business whilst maintaining a platform We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us, if you're excited about the role or working at Macquarie we encourage you to apply.
