Sunroad Asset Management is looking for a Yardi Administrator to help with systems management for the Real Estate Division. Responsibilities: - Receive and resolve Yardi Tickets generated by site users at all levels - Report to senior team leaders and coordinate new property on-boarding and feature implementation - Assist in Yardi conversion data to evaluate for accuracy and compliance, including data validation - Assist with support tickets that pertain to new property or feature issues - Train and coach new and existing employees on workflows and procedures related to YARDI property management software systems via in person, telephone, and webinar sessions. - Provide support of Yardi Voyager and Yardi’s RentCafé platform with an emphasis on core residential and financial modules as they relate to onsite property operations. This includes but is not limited to Payment Processing, Invoice payments and the Resident Screening workflow - Become knowledgeable with company-specific property management and accounting business processes and needs; continually look for ways to leverage Yardi’s capabilities to improve efficiency through workflow, automation, and process improvement. - Mentor new and developing employees to be self-reliant, accurate users of Yardi. - Create follow-up Yardi Voyager and RentCafé training for all on-site employees, including relevant maintenance staff. - Assists in the development of curriculum, training plans and training rollout of all software platforms used by Yardi. Additional Yardi system administration tasks including custom menu sets, custom reports, account trees, and property lists - Configure and support implementation of new modules and period system upgrades - Configure 3rd party software integrations and interface users - Provide system administration within our Accounts Payable systems (Yardi PayScan) to set up workflows, users/approvers, bank accounts, check formatting - Provide system support to Yardi Residential system users - Assist in ad-hoc projects and activities where necessary and/or appropriate to foster growth and best practices of the business unit Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting users within the Yardi system - Knowledge of Yardi, including Job Cost, Payscan, Rent Café, CRM, and Checkscan modules - Strong customer service and excellent verbal / written communication skills - Ability to proactively manage tasks - Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook - Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills - Experience in validating and scrubbing data using advanced excel features - Accounting understanding (reading resident ledgers) - Excellent collaborative skills to work in partnership with colleagues and across various departments - Strong work ethic with the highest degree of honesty, integrity and discretion Work Environment: Office setting (corporate and/or properties).
