Technical Project Manager - Senior

Senior Technical Project Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific technical projects which have a beginning, end, and specified deliverables.

Responsibilities

Engages with internal and external stakeholders. Prepares communication materials, business cases, funding requests, and presentations to gain acceptance for strategic plans from stakeholders. Ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Builds and maintains key strategic relationships within various areas, including but not limited to support functions, technology, and/or business lines to ensure alignment with overall strategic plans. Leads the development and implementation of stakeholder engagement, change management, and communication strategies. Organizes project teams, assigns individual responsibilities, develops project schedules, and determines resource requirements. Integrates vendor tasks into project plans, tracks, and reviews vendor deliverables. Performs project risk management. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Experience 5 year’s project management and/or relevant experience Education Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (One-year relevant experience is equivalent to one-year college) Licenses/Certifications PMO (Project Management Office) Certification or PMP (Project Management Professional) Certifications Level-Specific Responsibilities: Responsible for enterprise-wide technical projects Strategically align technical project deliverables with overarching business objectives and define tasks accordingly. May manage multiple, interrelated technical projects, including business transformation projects Accountability/Complexity: • May manage projects requiring the responsibility of delegating work and reviewing resulting work product May be responsible for providing guidance, coaching, and training to other employees within job area May function as a team lead and assistant to the supervisor #LI #IPG All of our jobs come with great benefits including healthcare, parental leave and opportunities for career advancements.
