Entry Level Life Insurance Sales Representative

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Broker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the insurance purchasing process, providing expert advice on various insurance products, and ensuring that clients receive the best coverage to meet their needs. This role requires strong analytical skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to negotiate effectively, while also building your own agency. Duties • Communicate with families on a daily basis. • Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. • Conduct thorough assessments of existing policies and identify areas for improvement. • Attend conferences and regional meetings. • Facilitate benefits administration by explaining policy details and answering client inquiries. • Engage in sales activities, including insurance sales and telemarketing, to attract new clients. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through effective sales administration. • Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance providers to secure favorable outcomes for clients. • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in HIPAA compliance to provide informed advice. • Build strong relationships with clients by offering exceptional customer service and support throughout the policy lifecycle. • Utilize multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse client populations when applicable.
