We are currently seeking a relationship-focused, highly analytical, results-driven Investment Associate to be a key member of the Institutional Advisory Services Division Team. The Investment Associate is responsible for providing operational, analytical, and administrative support to the departments and staff in the Institutional Advisory Services Division ("IASD") and serves as administrative assistant to the Division Manager Compensation: The hourly pay range for this role is: $21.00 - $26.00/hour; commensurate with experience. The Ideal Candidate will have: • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business-related field, or equivalent work experience required. • Two + years of relevant experience in the financial services industry preferred. • One year of work experience in an office environment, customer service, or the financial services industry required. • Possess good oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills. • Ability to handle confidential matters judiciously. • Excellent time management skills. • Possess a positive attitude and flexibility. • Proficient in use of PC. Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). • Ability to work independently or in a team environment. • Understanding of financial statements. • Driver's license preferred.
