Join the Best! Best One Insurance is Hiring a Team Member! We are looking for a Licensed 2-20, 4-40, or 2044 Insurance Agent to join our growing team in our Pembroke Pines insurance agency. Duties: Manage an assigned book of business, increase account retention and cross-selling other lines of business. Execution of day-to-day administrative and customer service activities for assigned accounts, and capable of resolving complex customer service problems Be responsible for client relationships, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions. Review Renewals as directed by clients, producers, and Management; prepare policy renewal questionnaires, recommend coverage enhancements, and design applications and documents. Receive phone calls from clients and companies regarding insurance, claims, or administrative problems, and comply with the request. Process endorsements as needed. Prepare evidence of insurance and liability certificates. Submit new home, auto or commercial policies with the help of the assigned virtual assistant Qualifications: At least three years of proven experience in an independent insurance agency. A valid 2-20, 20-44, or 4-40 insurance license Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, and prioritization skills Capability to handle substantial workloads with high precision and meticulous attention to detail. PC proficiency, including basic knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel Extensive expertise in quoting and submitting policies for homeowners, auto, and commercial insurance. Solid knowledge of coverages, underwriting guidelines, insurance policies, and regulations What we offer: Competitive salaries and bonus-earning potential We provide twelve days of yearly PTO, paid holidays, incentives, bonuses, paid continuing education, extensive training, and a mentorship program.
