Manager Recruiter (Life Insurance Industry)

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Insurance Manager to lead our insurance operations and ensure the effective management of our insurance programs. Responsibilities • Oversee the development and implementation of insurance policies and procedures. • Manage employee relations and ensure a positive work environment within the insurance team. • Lead executive recruiting efforts to attract top talent in the insurance sector. • Collaborate with HR sourcing teams to identify potential candidates for various roles. • Utilize social media management strategies to promote our insurance services and engage with clients. • Conduct employee orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies and procedures. • Utilize ADP for payroll processing and employee management tasks. • Foster strong relationship management practices with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively. • Drive talent acquisition initiatives to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings. • Leverage Workday for managing employee data, performance evaluations, and other HR functions. Requirements • Proven experience in an insurance management role or similar position. • Strong knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and compliance standards. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship building. • Experience in employee relations, executive recruiting, and talent acquisition processes. • Proficiency in HR software such as ADP and Workday is preferred. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. • Strong analytical skills to assess risks and develop appropriate strategies. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
