Claims Adjuster

American Automobile Association (AAA) is seeking a Claims Adjuster to join a dynamic and professional team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and will have the ability to accurately and efficiently assess and process insurance claims. As a Claims Adjuster, you will use your expertise to review and evaluate claims and make decisions that ultimately benefit the customer.Qualifications:• Proven experience in the insurance industry, including familiarity with insurance coverage, loss adjustment, and claim processing• Ability to accurately assess and process insurance claims• Excellent customer service skills with strong verbal and written communication• High level of organization and attention to detail• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks• Knowledge of relevant state laws and regulationsIf you have a passion for providing excellent customer service and are looking to join a dynamic and professional team, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: Review and assess insurance claims to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Work with customers to provide excellent customer service and ensure needs are met. Process claims in accordance with relevant state laws and regulations. Prioritize tasks and work independently to meet deadlines. Maintain accurate records and document all claim transactions. Provide sound advice and guidance to customers on matters related to insurance coverage and loss adjustment. Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers to resolve any disputes or misunderstandings. Remain up-to-date on industry trends and changes in state laws and regulations.
