We are a French hiring agency, and we are hiring for one of our clients (a French-based tech company they have remote employees in the US) Their product: To achieve AGI, we must build key components to unlock AI's full value in our daily lives. Here is the job description : Skills & Expectations • You have experience in leading critical tech projects within your team and organization. • You’ll elevate our Retrieval Systems, build a robust action model and own backend features. • You have 5+ years of engineering experience with a dual background in Backend and Data Science & ideally worked in Search, Prediction, Recommendation or handled a big amount of data in the past. • You are experienced in Golang • You’re based in the NY Area Culture • Distributed Ownership: We believe in deep and distributed ownership.
