Banking Services Representative
Supporting Branches Across the Region As a member of our Retail Support team, you'll play a vital role in assisting our branches across the region. You'll work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and provide top-notch service to our clients. Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent and relevant experience in cashiering, customer service, or balancing. Basic knowledge of banking concepts, including math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, and bank products. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues in a professional manner.
