Responsibilities Respond to customer requests for banking transactions. , Answer customer inquiries and provide solutions to meet their needs. , Build customer loyalty and advocate for customer satisfaction. , Balance cash, daily transactions, vault, and ATM. , Ensure compliance with regulations and reporting requirements. , Follow information security policies to protect customer privacy. , Assist with opening and closing the banking center. , Sell bank products and make customer referrals to support sales goals. , Participate in daily/weekly meetings and coaching sessions. Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent. , 3 months of sales, cash handling, or related experience.
