Remote Data Entry Specialist | WFH Opportunity

Key Responsibilities • Accurately input data into the system while managing a consistent stream of images. • Determine document types based on supplied materials. • Review and verify data to meet or surpass established quality standards. • Safeguard the confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA regulations. • Collaborate effectively with team members as necessary. • Proactively suggest enhancements for job processes and workflows. • Complete all daily tasks in a timely manner. • Undertake additional office duties as assigned. Required Skills • Self-motivated with a robust work ethic. • Proficient in multitasking and maintaining efficiency. • Highly focused with the ability to remain on task. • Exceptional attention to detail. • Quick learner with the capacity to follow both simple and complex instructions. • Capable of maintaining confidentiality for client data. • Proficient in English (verbal and written). • Typing proficiency of at least 50 words per minute (WPM) with 95% accuracy and 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy. • Permanent authorization to work in the United States is required.

Compensation

And Benefits • Competitive hourly rate: $12 per hour. • Availability of both full-time (preferred) and part-time positions, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week. • Flexible shifts available from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
