Your role will involve leveraging AI to enhance our campus models, overseeing the implementation of AI systems for operational management, and driving continuous improvements. You'll also play a crucial role in the development of new campuses, working closely with contractors to meet regulatory standards and achieve timely project completion within budget. What You Will Be Doing Deploy AI-driven strategies for managing daily operations and enhancing long-term processes. Utilize AI tools to create and optimize scalable franchise models. Lead the planning and execution of new campus developments from inception to successful launch. What You Wont Be Doing Providing direct coaching or supervision to academic staff members. Maintaining regular, direct interactions with students and their families. Designing or developing educational curriculums and models. Senior Associate Key Responsibilities Craft and execute an AI-fueled operational framework that revolutionizes management through predictive analytics and real-time data, ensuring seamless operations across all campuses. Basic Requirements Residence in North America. Minimum of 5 years in an operational capacity. Demonstrated success in applying AI and automation technologies effectively. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover.
