2025 Summer Internship – Parking Yield Management
Job Overview Are you passionate about data-driven solutions and innovative pricing strategies? Join DFW Airport’s Pricing & Yield Management team and play a key role in optimizing customer experiences and financial outcomes. Under the guidance of the Senior Pricing & Yield Management Manager, you’ll use advanced analytical tools, dynamic modeling, and demand forecasting to develop real-time pricing strategies. Collaborate with experts, explore emerging tools, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. What you will be doing:
- Assesses parking product pricing strategies and historical/future bookings. Builds recommendations to drive revenue, update sales metrics, and increase product utilization.
- Proposes yield management approaches to optimize demand, revenue, appeal, customer experience, and loyalty impacts.
- Analyzes occupancy and revenue trends along with history, forecasts, economic trends and market share at the Airport. Monitor industry trends to drive demand, optimize asset utilization, and maximize revenue.
- Utilizes quantitative data from multiple sources to forecast revenues and occupancies resulting from yield management efforts.
- Analyzes business development opportunities from varying perspectives: finance, parking operations, planning, customer experience, customer loyalty and marketing.
- Develops data visualizations and models to analyze yield management program performance.
What you need:
- Must be an active student in a bachelor's degree program in engineering, economics, business, mathematics, data science, machine learning, computer science, operations research, statistics, or a related field.
- Three (3) letters of reference including at least one (1) from the candidate's academic advisor.
- 18 years of age or older.
What we desire:
- Current, cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher from one of the following universities (University of North Texas, University of Texas at Arlington, University of Texas at Dallas, Paul Quinn College, or University of Oklahoma)
