This person will be responsible for recording gifts and information during each call. This individual should be able to operate a phone and have good phone etiquette. This position requires someone who is self- motivating, willing to learn and responsible. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Initiates phone calls to selected donors, using both local and long-distance telephone system.
- Receives and interprets information, using pledge forms pertinent to appropriate follow-up, such as needed pledge input and pledge reminders, credit card information intake.
- Provides general information about the University to students, parents, alumni, board members and other stakeholders of the University to solicit funds.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Be enrolled as full-time student at Schreiner University.
- Training will be provided.
