We're looking for a motivated professional who can quickly learn new tools, maintain high accuracy, and contribute to streamlining operations. What You'll Do: ? Accurately enter and manage data across multiple platforms. ? Navigate various software tools, websites, and databases with ease. ? Copy, paste, and organize information efficiently while ensuring consistency. ? Pull reports, extract relevant data, and generate structured outputs. ? Use ChatGPT to automate tasks and structure data workflows. ? Create PDF documents from structured data using provided templates. ? Learn and adapt quickly to new workflows by following Loom video instructions. What You Bring: ? Fast and precise data entry skills with strong attention to detail. ? Tech-savvy comfortable logging into and working with various software platforms. ? Experience with ChatGPT and writing structured prompts. ? Basic proficiency in Excel, including formulas and automation. ? Ability to quickly learn new tools and follow step-by-step instructions. ? Strong organizational and multitasking skills. ? Some accounting experience is a plus, but speed and accuracy are the top priorities. What We're Looking For: ? A detail-oriented problem solver with excellent accuracy. ?
