Duties • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. • Perform data entry tasks accurately while maintaining confidentiality. • Analyze customer feedback and concerns to identify trends and suggest improvements. • Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while communicating with customers. • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. • Assist in call center operations as needed, ensuring all calls are handled efficiently. • Support customers by providing assistance in their preferred language when applicable. Experience • Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred. • Proficient in data entry with the ability to type accurately at a reasonable speed. • Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus. • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions. • Familiarity with phone etiquette and best practices for customer interactions.
