Online Chat Representative
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Online Chat Representative to join our customer support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service through live chat. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products and services effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for sales, and the ability to analyze customer needs.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers via online chat to address inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner. Utilize computer systems to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records of conversations. Handle cash transactions when necessary and ensure accurate processing. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when transitioning from chat to phone support as needed. Analyze customer feedback and data entry to identify trends and improve service delivery. Promote products and services through effective sales techniques while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. Provide multilingual support if applicable, enhancing the experience for diverse customer backgrounds. Experience Proven experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred. Strong typing skills with the ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers. Familiarity with cash handling procedures is a plus. Excellent command of English; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to analyze information and provide actionable insights. Previous experience in sales or related fields is beneficial. Proficient in data entry and comfortable using various computer systems.
