About The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating government contracts and subcontracts to manage and enhance our government contracting processes. This critical role supports our mission by ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and optimizing the drafting, negotiation, and administration of contracts. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in government contracts, particularly with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), and California state agency contracts.

Pay for this role will typically be from $95,000 - $113,000 per year as we determine pay based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, education, internal equity, and other factors relevant to the job.
