We're looking for an experienced People Technology - AI Transformation Lead to join our People Technology team. Reporting to the Director, People Technologies, you will:

  • Own and execute our “Future of Work” roadmap, ensuring the seamless integration of AI-driven solutions within our People & Culture (P&C) function to enhance efficiency, productivity, and the overall employee experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and implement AI-powered tools that revolutionize P&C systems and processes
  • Operationalize the future of work use cases and ensure they are embedded into employees’ daily workflows for maximum adoption and impact.

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 5+ years of experience in implementing and integrating P&C technologies, with proven success deploying AI-powered HR systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, Glean).
  • Advanced degree in HR, Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or related fields, with familiarity in AI/automation concepts like predictive analytics or machine learning.
  • Strong proficiency in creating engaging executive-level presentations (PowerPoint, G-Slides) and strategic roadmaps for leadership.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and resourceful approach to leading projects and initiatives in fast-paced, innovative environments.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in leading RFP processes and vendor evaluations to select best-in-class AI solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Experience driving P&C tech projects focused on improving employee experience, automation, and process efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of P&C technology ecosystems, including API integrations, automation and Integration Architecture.

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range

$136,500

$195,000 USD
