About the Team:
Lending We are an end to end tech enabled credit platform providing seamless credit access to customers. Our capabilities extend from fully digitized customer on-boarding, seamless in-app to real times offers. We partner with financial institutions and leverage the insights we gather through our ecosystem design and offer innovative and customized financial products to our consumers and merchants.
About the role: We are looking for a highly driven product manager who can own specific initiatives of the merchant lending product.
Responsibilities:
•
Own specific initiatives to improve the onboarding experience in merchant lending product.•
Work with lender partners & other 3rd parties to integrate their APIs to enhance the onboarding flow. •Work with analytics to derive deep insights around why they complete or abandon the journey.•
Own & improve the onboarding funnel conversion KPIs.•
Work with design to A/B test various hypotheses to improve merchant experience.•
End-to-End responsibility to manage a lender partner product flow and disbursal growth Use AI to simplify workflow, automate processes and deliver scalable solutionsRequirements:
•
5 years of product management experience in the consumer or fintech industry for millions of users.•
Strong analytical skillsVery strong problem solving skillsStrong user experience skills.•
Strong experience in building API integrationsKnowledge of fintech & lending products will be a significant advantage, not a must have.•
Very quick learner if you are not from a fintech or lending background.•
Very strong ability to negotiate & influence other teams & lending partners to prioritize for your product. apply to this job
