You will

Partner with hiring managers across various departments (e.g. Operations, Product, Compliance, Governance) to define hiring needs and selection criteria.

Lead full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.

Source diverse candidates through various channels, including professional networks, social platforms, and direct outreach.

Plan and coordinate interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and final-stage interviews.

Manage and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and efficient candidate tracking.

Craft compelling job descriptions and structured interview questions tailored to each role’s requirements.

Act as a brand ambassador, representing SwissBorg’s values and culture in the market.

Develop and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates, fostering long-term relationships with past applicants and potential future hires.

Who you are

Prior experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.

Proven track record in hiring across multiple business functions.

Familiarity with sourcing tools, resume databases, and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, industry-specific platforms).Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, utilising various interview techniques and assessment methods.

Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (we use Lever).Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong understanding of different organizational roles and how they contribute to company success.

A strong interest in digital assets and blockchain technologies.

Prior experience in fintech, financial services, or a startup environment is a plus.
