Corporate Travel Consultant - Remote World Travel Service is looking for experienced corporate travel agents to assist us with servicing clients due to continued growth from new business. We are currently hiring for multiple shifts – Saturday coverage is the immediate need; however, we are flexible on the other days. The ideal candidate will have experience booking domestic and international travel via phone calls and emails. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and solid communication skills will be necessary to be successful in this role. The position is 100% virtual. What you will be doing: • Taking calls and emails from travelers and Travel Managers to assist with travel requests • Talk to teammates and travelers to help solve problems • Build relationships with coworkers and clients • Dig into new things, you love learning and want to know how things work • Work on multiple things at the same time, multi-tasking is your middle name • Help travelers get out of crisis • Assisting with a broad range of projects What tools you need in your toolbox: • Sabre GDS Experience is a must! • Experience in making travel arrangements and reservations. • Strong customer service skills. • Familiarity with travel industry regulations and best practices. • Excellent problem-solving abilities. • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and remotely. • Ability to work productively within a team environment. • Ability to take direction effectively when needed. • Active listening skills. • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). • Problem solving with minimal inputs. • Ability to project a positive attitude. • Strong work ethic. • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism.
