Role Summary • Start Date: Immediate openings available • Commitment: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week • Work Environment: Fully remote • Student Focus: K-8 learners • Primary Responsibilities: One-on-one and group support, monitoring student progress, managing cases, and preparing IEP documentation • Salary Considerations: Determined by district funding and candidate credentials Preferred Qualifications • Master’s degree in Special Education (preferred) • Familiarity with virtual learning platforms (preferred but not required) • Active Ohio Educator License in Special Education (K-12) • At least five years of experience in Special Education Technology & Independent Contractor Expectations • Proof of personal liability insurance is required before starting • Self-managed responsibilities within a contractor role • Stable home internet and reliable computer setup • Completion of a basic technology proficiency evaluation This role is available for immediate placement.
