Key Responsibilities • Forge and sustain robust relationships with both insured clients and third-party administrators. • Oversee and direct the claims process, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. • Conduct comprehensive claim reviews to discern trends and identify areas for enhancement. • Evaluate the claims handling capabilities of potential clients. • Establish precise case evaluations to support claims processes. • Guarantee adequate reserves for excess losses. • Emphasize risk management and mitigation strategies. • Apply your outstanding skills in litigation, negotiation, and problem-solving to attain favorable resolutions. • Travel as necessary for mediations, client interactions, and seminars. Required Skills • Proven experience managing complex, litigated transportation claims or relevant commercial liability claims, preferably in commercial auto. • Proficiency in collaborating with third-party administrators or claims departments of insured clients. • Advanced litigation, negotiation, problem-solving, and mediation capabilities. • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. • Understanding of injury evaluations. • Willingness to travel as required. Qualifications • Relevant experience in managing complex claims within the transportation or commercial liability domains is essential.
