Responsibilities: • Manage incoming amounts of chats - identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. • Provide exceptional support to clients via chat, phone, email, and other contact platforms. • Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information. • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. • Document customer interactions in our internal system. • Maintain a friendly and positive demeanor during all customer interactions. • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues. • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding concerns. • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools • Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve them quickly What We’re Looking For: ?
