Job Description

You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of your software features, ensuring they are consistently implemented, coordinated, and developed across all our Software Development Teams and projects. As a sparring partner, you will work closely with your stakeholders, reviewing requirements, and ensuring compliance. You will play a pioneering role, leaving your individual footprint.

  • You will analyze the current state of your software features, define goals for their further evolution and harmonization and describe the scope.
  • For product- or platform-specific features, you will provide decision support.
  • You will develop visions for new features. Once these have been introduced, you will add additional functions as required.
  • For features of our software platform, you will define and document requirements and work closely with our Architecture Board, our Product Owners, and Project Managers.
  • You will coordinate and align the Software Development Teams to implement your features. Almost all features are shared across teams.
Qualifications
  • You have successfully completed a degree – ideally in a scientific or technical field (such as Computer Science or Bioinformatics) or have a comparable qualification.
  • To communicate effectively with our developers, you have a deep technical understanding of software development.
  • You have already worked in or with agile teams and have several years of professional experience as a Module Owner, Product Owner, Project Manager or in a similar role. Prioritizing important topics is second nature to you.
  • You enjoy convincing your stakeholders of your ideas; you understand their point of view while keeping your own goals in mind.
  • An international environment is a real benefit for you. Therefore, you enjoy and are proficient in speaking English in projects (at least at level B2).
