As the Head of Esports Product Management, you will play a key strategic role in shaping and optimizing our esports product portfolio. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing innovative solutions that drive engagement, expand our esports offerings, and enhance the overall sports betting experience. You will lead the product vision, roadmap, and execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development and launch of new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:    Esports Product Strategy:
  • Define and implement the strategic vision for esports products, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to set key goals and define long-term growth opportunities for esports.
  • Drive innovation by identifying and developing new esports disciplines, formats, and betting markets.
  • Utilize industry expertise to enhance content offerings and establish best practices in esports betting.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, monitor industry trends, and identify areas for improvement and expansion.
Product Roadmap & Development:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for esports.
  • Establish and manage a prioritization framework for product features and enhancements.
  • Work cross-functionally with tech, marketing, sales, and account management teams to deliver top-tier esports products.
  • Oversee the development of new product verticals while maintaining and improving existing product lines.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for esports product initiatives.
  • Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and continuously optimize product performance to drive profitability.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing esports product team.
  • Take full ownership of product decision-making and serve as the primary business contact for esports development.
  • Foster a data-driven, experimentation-focused culture, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure effective communication of product strategies and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Align esports product development with the overall brand strategy and long-term company vision.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years in product management with a strong track record in leading teams and driving successful product initiatives.
  • Deep knowledge of the esports and betting industry, including market trends and competitive dynamics.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, translate complex technical concepts into clear business language, and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in financial planning, budget analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Expertise in product metrics, KPIs, prioritization frameworks, and balancing long-term strategy with short-term execution.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Upper-intermediate or higher level of English.
