Proven experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in a live chat setting. ? Exceptional written communication skills with an ability to convey information concisely and professionally. ? Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple chats simultaneously without compromising on quality. ? Empathy and patience when dealing with customers, ensuring a supportive experience. ? Familiarity with CRM software and live chat tools is a plus. ? Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. ?
