Join our team as a Live-Chat Remote Representative for Hawaiian Airlines, where you’ll engage with customers in real-time through online chat platforms. As the frontline of our customer service, you’ll embody the spirit of aloha, providing exceptional assistance and support to passengers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. What You Will Do: • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate information on reservations, flight details, baggage policies, and more. • Assist customers with booking flights, making changes to existing reservations, and processing payments. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, including flight disruptions, lost luggage, and itinerary changes, with empathy and efficiency. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent and effective communication and problem resolution. • Continuously update knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and promotions to provide the highest level of service. Requirements: • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or online chat environment. • Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure. • Familiarity with airline reservation systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus) is a plus. • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
