YouTube Creator Coach
Join Our Coaching Team We're looking for a dynamic Creator Coach to empower YouTube creators in their growth journey. Working directly with our Core Coaching Leaders, you'll be instrumental in helping creators unlock their full potential and achieve meaningful results. Core Responsibilities: Guide a portfolio of creators through personalized coaching sessions, offering both real-time and asynchronous video consultations Develop strong, trust-based relationships with creators while providing daily strategic guidance and support Share expert YouTube knowledge and tactical advice to help creators optimize their channels Champion creators through challenges, fostering resilience and a growth mindset Collaborate with our coaching team to develop innovative solutions and share best practices Stay ahead of YouTube's evolving landscape, including algorithm updates and new features Refine essential coaching skills like active listening, goal-setting, and strategic questioning Manage a creator portfolio generating at least 2x your salary in monthly revenue Maintain exceptional service quality with a minimum 4.6/5 satisfaction rating Ideal Experience: Hands-on experience growing your own YouTube channel (minimum 6 months) Deep engagement with YouTube education from industry leaders like Creator Insider, vidIQ, Sean Cannell, Film Booth, and Colin and Samir Personal experience being coached in areas like sports, business, arts, or other performance-focused fields Background in Gaming content creation on YouTube is a plus What You'll Bring: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present confidently on camera Natural talent for building relationships while maintaining the independence to work autonomously Proven ability to thrive in collaborative team environments Strong affinity for the dynamic pace and innovative culture of startups Deep passion for the creator economy and helping content creators reach their full potential Growth mindset with a humble approach to feedback and continuous learning Results-oriented work ethic with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals
What We Offer
As a full-time remote team member, you'll earn a base salary between $50,000-$55,000 USD annually, depending on your experience. But your earning potential DOESNT STOP THERE! Thanks to our performance-based bonus structure, there's no cap on what you can earn. Monthly bonuses are directly tied to your coaching revenue and effectiveness, offering you limitless earning potential. Additionally, you'll have access to our comprehensive company benefits package.
