What You’ll Do: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a friendly and professional attitude. Provide information about our tours, packages, and services to help customers make confident travel decisions. Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently, always aiming for a positive resolution. Assist with booking modifications, cancellations, or special requests. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and an outstanding customer experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. What We’re Looking For: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A customer-first mindset with a positive and empathetic approach. Ability to stay organized and multitask in a remote work environment. Proficiency with basic computer tools (email, chat platforms, etc.). A team player who’s ready to learn and grow with us.
