Remote Specialist in Data Entry (Typist)

Key Responsibilities • Accurately enter data into our systems based on a continuous flow of images. • Identify document types from the provided materials. • Review and verify data to ensure adherence to quality standards. • Safeguard Personal Health Information (PHI) in alignment with HIPAA guidelines. • Collaborate with colleagues professionally as required. • Offer suggestions to enhance and streamline processes. • Complete assigned tasks efficiently by the conclusion of each shift. • Perform additional basic office duties as required. Required Skills • Self-motivated individual with a robust work ethic. • Ability to maintain focus and effectively manage multiple tasks. • Exceptional attention to detail, balanced with efficiency. • Quick learner who follows instructions with precision. • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive client information. • Proficiency in reading and speaking English. • Typing speed of 50 words per minute (WPM) with 95% accuracy. • Typing speed of 4,500 key presses per hour (KPH) with 95% accuracy. • Permanent authorization to work in the United States. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent. • Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation

And Benefits • Pay: $12 per hour. • Shifts: Both part-time and full-time options available (full-time preferred). • Hours: A minimum of 20 hours per week is required, with shifts available between 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM CST, Monday to Friday.
