In this role, you will assist Google users with troubleshooting, answering inquiries, and providing technical support for Google products and services. As a Google Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be ensuring a smooth and positive experience for users by resolving issues efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat for Google products (such as Google Search, Gmail, Google Ads, and more). Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions or escalate when needed. Respond to customer inquiries with accurate, helpful, and clear information. Document and track customer interactions in the company's CRM system. Maintain high customer satisfaction by following up and resolving issues in a timely manner. Stay up to date with the latest Google product updates and services to provide informed support. Qualifications: Must reside in the U.S. (due to time zone and legal requirements). Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with Google products. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. Experience in customer service or tech support preferred, but not required. Basic knowledge of Google products and services is a plus. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
