Qualifications • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport. • Strong organizational and time management abilities. • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment. • Proficiency in using computers and online communication tools. • Prior experience in customer service, social work, or a related field is a plus. • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. • Must be able to pass a background check.
