Product Operations Analyst, World Wide Revenue Operations

About the position The Product Operations Analyst role at Amazon Web Services (AWS) focuses on supporting discount programs and private pricing contracts. This entry-level position requires a motivated self-starter who is passionate about managing operational processes and ensuring adherence to customer contracts. The analyst will perform data management, pricing calculations, and develop reports to monitor data quality and integrity, while also supporting both internal and external customers. Responsibilities • Perform data entry, data management, and pricing calculations. , • Interpret complex pricing contracts and establish pricing structures. , • Create and execute data quality programs and audits focused on standardization and accuracy. , • Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity. , • Proactively identify and implement data and operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements. , • Retrieve and evaluate data using Excel, Salesforce.com, and other data management/BI systems. , • Conduct hands-on data mining to execute on projects. , • Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree preferably in business, accounting, or a related field. , • 1+ year(s) of relevant professional experience. , • Experience retrieving and analyzing data using Excel and CRM tools (such as Salesforce.com). , • Background in contract creation/review and contractual verbiage. , • Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills. , • Advanced Excel skills. , • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
