With a focus on fewer but larger clients, we provide high-level tax and accounting services to real estate investors, business owners, and self-employed individuals across the U.S. Our firm is growing, and we’re seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial CPA or EA to join us as a key partner in scaling our tax services. Who We’re Looking For We need a driven, growth-oriented CPA or EA with real estate tax preparation experience who is eager to help manage and expand the tax side of our business. This is an opportunity to be a strategic partner, not just a contractor. You’ll help handle complex tax returns, provide strategic planning for clients, and contribute to the firm’s expansion. Ideal Candidates Will • Have 2+ years of real estate tax preparation experience (or be highly motivated to learn). • Be outgoing, customer-focused, and comfortable with transparent communication. • Be tech-savvy—we use Drake software, QuickBooks Online & Desktop, and a local server. • Have a strong work ethic, thick skin, and a go-getter attitude. • Be interested in growing their own business while leveraging our infrastructure. • Have a long-term vision—this is a ground-up opportunity with revenue equity potential. What You’ll Do • Prepare tax returns for real estate investors, business owners, and self-employed clients. • Manage tax planning and strategy for clients with multiple business entities. • Work with a current portfolio of 25+ large accounting clients and 50-75 tax clients. • Help grow the tax division of the firm as a strategic partner. • Operate as a fully remote independent contractor, with flexible hours. • Utilize Drake software and QuickBooks for tax preparation and accounting.
