Attorney Needed with expertise in Debt Collection Law
The Center for Medical Ethics, is looking to help match a talented attorney to assist our client. We charge no fees of any kind and at this point will only be assisting in connecting the right representation directly with the client. Highlights of the situation: After reviewing the documentation, we belief the client was/is the victim on illegal harassment from a debt collection agency. Further the "debt" was/is invalid as the vendor never actually delivered/performed (and admits so). LIS-Company made demand for full payment. Even tho their system is not functional and they admit is not the contracted system. After attempting to discuss resolutions, first they emailed a final invoice for all their lost fees for 3 years. Then today a threatening collection agency call claims they were 'about to assign asset trackers'. IF we want to know the deal... just call..... ... (call was recorded). Our client is offering a generous contingency arrangement, as well as contributing to initial cost. Looking forward to discussing.
