Responsibilities • Engage potential clients through effective negotiation and sales techniques to close deals for online fitness coaching services. • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. • Conduct product demonstrations and manage follow-ups with leads. • Utilize CRM tools like Monday.com and Google Sheets for tracking sales activities and managing accounts. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for business development and outreach. • Analyze sales data to identify trends and improve sales strategies. Qualifications • Proven negotiation and customer service skills • Strong passion or knowledge for fitness (the ideal candidate possess a fitness certification) • Strong sales experience, particularly in online or remote environments • Familiarity with outside sales and business development strategies • Experience in account management and B2C sales • Proficient in using Monday.com and Google Sheets • Ability to overcome potential objections • Analytical skills to assess sales performance and market trends Position Overview: Part Time OR Full-Time, Work Remotely: Based in the PST time zone.
