Xero Bookkeeper needed for online education business
Thanks for checking out this job! We run an online art education membership platform and are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to help us stay on top of our accounting/books. This is a long-term, part-time, role with a projected 1-4 hours of billable time per month (more during tax season). All transactions happen through Stripe, Paypal, Thinkific Payments, and our bank. All are synced with Xero currently. This role would be responsible for reconciling all transactions within Xero on a MONTHLY basis. Job requirements: 1) Extremely proficient with Xero 2) Knowledge of best practices for categorizing transactions with online businesses 3) Ensure all balances match bank statements at the end of each month 4) Ability to work with our US-based CPA on a quarterly basis and during tax season Job question: If you are interested in this role, please reply with 2 businesses you currently work with in the online course / membership / ecommerse / or education space.
