Palo Alto Network Security Lead (Remote)

Job Summary • Overall experience of 10+ years in network security technologies • Strong hands-on with Palo Alto, FortiGate engineering/deployment and migrations between Palo Alto & FortiGate including policies, NAT, routing • Must have experience with creations of policies, configuration all security subscriptions associated with Palo Alto, FortiGate • Familiarity with configurations, troubleshooting both Palo Alto, Panorama mgmt, FortiGate & Forti manager • Experience or knowledge with knowledge with dynamic, static routing to handle configurations of upstream, downstream network devices for perimeter, internal Palo Alto, FortiGate firewalls • Knowledge with switching, ISP • Solid communications skills to handle calls and bridge meetings • Coordinate with project manager, client stakeholder for firewall migration schedule, change control process, business, applications teams • Good understanding of network data or traffic flow and OSI/TCP IP model • High level of motivation, confidence, integrity, and responsibility Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 2/27/2024 The annual salary for this position is between $99,000 - $ 116,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
