Job Overview We are excited to welcome a dynamic and client-oriented Financial Advisor to our esteemed investment firm, recognized for its rapid growth in alternative investments and financial services. As an integral member of our Private Wealth team, you will engage with a distinguished clientele of high-net-worth individuals, delivering tailored financial solutions and expert advice. Key Responsibilities • Develop and nurture new client relationships while ensuring ongoing engagement with existing clients. • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, addressing their financial needs and aspirations. • Actively seek out and capitalize on business development opportunities to enhance the firm's high-net-worth client portfolio. • Oversee the execution of comprehensive financial plans, encompassing estate planning, business management, and tax strategies. • Collaborate with portfolio managers to align clients' investment strategies with their financial objectives. • Partner with fund managers to guide clients in allocating funds into appropriate alternative investment strategies. • Uphold a commitment to delivering unparalleled client service with professionalism and integrity. • Conform to company policies and regulatory mandates as a registered investment advisor. Required Skills • A proactive, motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset. • Proven capability to effectively pitch and onboard new clients. • A client-first mindset with outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities. • Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial landscape. • Strong leadership qualities complemented by a collaborative attitude. Qualifications • At least 3 years of experience in financial advisory services with a successful track record of developing client relationships and generating new business. • A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory. • Legal authorization to work within the United States. • Successful completion of a background check and pre-employment assessments. • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
