As our Dental Billing Specialist, you will work with our staff, patients, and insurance companies to ensure that patients' insurance claims are paid accurately based on verification. Your professionalism, dependability, excellent customer service, will contribute to our practice's continued success! This is a remote work-from-home position. Responsibilities: -Collecting 100% of balances due -Submitting clean claims within 24 hours of being audited -Following up on aged claims every 14 days -Getting the over 90+ insurance aging to zero and keeping it there -Work with offices and Call Center Representatives communicating changes in patients' insurance What makes you stand out as a Dental Billing Specialist candidate? -Knowledge of dental billing and insurance terminology -Interpreting and processing insurance breakdowns -Dedicated workspace, monitor, and high-speed internet -Must be excellent at multitasking -Exceptional quick learner with a desire to learn and grow -Organized and analytical with high attention to detail -Strong time management, solution-driven, self-motivated, critical thinker, and prioritization skills -Coachable, open to new ideas, and excited for expansion -Strong communicator with the ability to problem-solve -Excellent customer service skills, professionalism, and maturity -Working knowledge of Microsoft, and ability to utilize spreadsheets -2 years of dental experience and terminology -Previous Insurance experience preferred If you think you could be our newest Dental Billing Specialist please send your resume and cover letter in ASAP!
