Digital Banking Manager

New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp (NHMB) has an opportunity for an experienced leader with proven experience in digital banking to join our team as a Digital Banking Manager. This position is based in Concord, NH and offers a hybrid based schedule. Salary negotiable based on level of experience Digital Banking Manager: $58,000 - $75,000 PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for managing digital banking services and personnel • Works with internal departments, vendors and employees to ensure the timely resolution of issues impacting digital banking customers and services • Manage the overall workflow for the department and ensure customer service production levels meet established standards • Actively participate in the timely and successful delivery of new digital banking and related integrated services JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience and experience with digital banking applications and services • Experience performing advanced level digital banking activities to include system administration, working in an expert capacity, implementing new digital services and facilitating system upgrades • Experience performing high level research, analysis and issue resolution, including those related to system interfaces • Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written • Strong time management and execution skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing circumstances • Must possess the ability to work independently as well as actively participate in team projects and initiatives We believe in building genuine partnerships that encompass top of the line customer service delivered by a culture of teamwork, integrity and excellence.
