Provider Relations Representative

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Provider Relations Representative at BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina. As a Provider Relations Representative, you will play an important role in our organization by developing and managing relationships with medical providers. You should have a passion for service, strong communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining and improving quality standards.The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as healthcare or business administration, and at least two years of experience in provider relations or a related field. Knowledge of health plan contracting and the healthcare industry is essential, as is the ability to interpret and explain complex information. The successful candidate should also demonstrate strong customer service skills, have the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks, and possess excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
