As a bolt Sales Professional, you will help people with your insurance knowledge, while working in a team environment. Come join our growing TEAM! As a bolt property & casualty sales agent you will: • Provide insurance recommendation, quotes, and issue policies • Present cross- sell opportunities to your clients. • Build client relationships based on trust and integrity • Make recommendations to clients based upon their needs • P&C License is REQUIRED, and you must have a minimum of one-year experience, selling either personal or commercial lines Responsibilities: • Must work well in a fast-paced team environment • Confident self-starter who works well independently and in a team environment • Adapts well to new processes and procedures • Excellent customer service and verbal/written communication skills Compensation/Benefits: • Based on experience • Competitive bi-weekly sales incentives based on performance metrics • Up to 10% shift differential will be added for core hours ending 7:00 pm and later CST time and 8:00 pm and later EST • Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Life and Disability Insurance – Start first of the month following 30 days from the date of hire • Ability to accrue Paid time off/Sick days in your first year. • Employee recognition Apply Job!
